Experience Description Iran - East Azerbaijan - Marand County, year 2017 My parents went to the village early in the morning to take care of our orchard. My brother was serving in the military. I was sitting alone at home looking at Instagram on my phone. At noon, I heated up lunch and ate. About half an hour later, I went to the bathroom. Suddenly my heart rate increased more and more, so I got up to go drink some water. But things got so bad that from the intensity of the palpitations, I went blind and sweated heavily. My body was burning from the heat. I touched the walls and made my way to the yard. I fell to the ground and went completely numb. I couldn't see anything, couldn't shout for help, and couldn't move my body. My breathing became difficult until I no longer felt my heartbeat. My ears also heard no sound. My body was in torment, but after my heart completely stopped and my breathing ceased, the torment disappeared. The darkness in my eyes turned into a white light with colorful lines inside, similar to hypnosis videos. Except it was pulling me toward it, and I felt lightness and peace. Moment by moment, the peace increased. I also felt a breeze. It was very nice. I was being pulled upward. As I left my body, I became lighter. Suddenly I remembered my parents and my brother, who would be sad after my death. Right there inside that light, I said, "God, no, not now. It's too early." At that exact moment, the white light disappeared, and I felt heaviness and pain. I felt my heartbeat and breathing. I felt my finger move. My eyes gradually saw everything, but I couldn't move or speak. Tears flowed uncontrollably from my eyes. Little by little, I moved my body and sat up. I looked around, touched the ground and myself. I got up, washed my face, and went inside. I sat in a corner, feeling numb. I was completely listless. I kept thinking about that light and that feeling. I was preoccupied for a few days. Then gradually I was able to recover and return to my daily life. I didn't go to a doctor because my physical condition had no problems, no pain. That feeling and the light, the disappearance of gravity, and being pulled into that white light like hypnosis, I am still caught up in that feeling. I have never experienced anything like it. I couldn't even achieve it through meditation. I wish I could leave my body and go toward that light to see where it leads. Of course, not through death. Voluntarily go and return. I don't know. I only know that I knew I was dying, and I realized my death at that last moment and said, "It's over. I'm relieved." The pain of dying only lasts until cardiac arrest, and being pulled into the light lasts until complete brain death. I don't know what is beyond that light. But that light seemed like a passageway. After that light, there must be somewhere. I could feel that I was going somewhere.
