Experience Description

I left my body and knew I wasn't a body anymore. The brightest light filled everywhere like a waiting room, but with just my friend in there. She had passed only three weeks or so before me in this incident. I felt the best I’d ever felt in this light, and I was so incredibly happy to see him. I was in awe of how loved and safe I felt.

My friend wouldn’t show me his face because he was really upset. He was leaning over with his head in hands. He said I had to go and that I couldn’t be there with him. I begged him to stay; but he couldn’t bear to look at me and sent me away.

The next minute, I woke up from my life-saving operation and thought, "I don’t want to be here."

I can sometimes get to that place of love and safety during meditation or healing etc but can’t ever replicate the realness of it all.
