Experience Description

I have always been afraid of death, but around 2018 it got worse. I even had a spiritual encounter with my spiritual guide prior to this experience. I needed help to overcome that fear. The next day I was up at night, lying in my bed, and I still do not know if it was a dream. I went into a state that felt so real, I cannot be sure if I was awake or not. When this experience finished, I woke up. I remember telling my husband I was not sure if it was a vision or a dream.

I was in a shower where the water was running in a straight line. There was a bright, strong light entangled with the water that was going down through the drain. I looked at it. My feet were close to the drain, and the moment my toe touched the water, my physical body started dissolving and my soul was slowly becoming part of the light.

The moment my toe touched the water, I was quickly shown that I had a husband, my two children, a house, money in my bank account, and my car. Those are the people and things I love the most and care a lot about to this day. I was very attached to the material things. This was like a quick view of what I had in the temporal realm, and I was so scared of leaving them if I were to die. At the same moment, I felt all these amazing feelings that there are no words to describe because they do not exist in the physical realm.

These feelings are beyond love, happiness, and joy. The physical pain was gone and the fear was gone. I felt that I did not care if I was leaving the physical realm and leaving all my loved ones and material stuff behind. I felt I did not want to come back. But, it was like I knew I had to come back, so it was not difficult to return. I just came back.

These indescribable feelings were beyond anything we feel on earth. For a couple of days, I was in this amazing state, but then it slowly started fading. I know what we feel when we die, even though I did not die. I am not scared anymore, but I still do not want to die yet.

After that happened, I told my husband, my mother, and my sister. My mother is Catholic and to me to go see a priest. I didn't do that because I do not trust them. My sister is a Christian devoted to God. She gave me her advice and told me to look for other people who have experienced what I did. I told her I had already done that and had looked on the internet for similar experiences, but nothing had popped up. She didn't know what else I could do.

I thought I would continue with my life, and maybe one day I would find someone with a similar experience. For some reason, yesterday, a podcast popped up from the show talking about a lady who was struck by lightning many years ago. She explained the feelings she had when she met God and said there is nothing like it on earth. So I decided to write because, after all these years, finally someone has felt what I felt. The difference is that I was not dead.

the light that was coming entangled with the water and I then became part of it

I became part of the light.

What emotions did you feel during the experience? Immense love and joy that I can't describe , No physical pain, no fears. its something you cant describe there are no feelings like that on earth.

I felt we are part of the light(the source called God ) and I know we are here because we all have different paths to grow the soul. We don't have be scared of losing the physical body I know the soul does not die.I just know it.

Not exactly but like i said I was shown that had a family, a car , a house and money in my bank account. the things I was so scared of leaving if I were to die.

What was your religion prior to your experience? Christian- Catholic
I believe there is a GOD or as i call it the source of Energy that exists.

What is your religion now? Other or several faiths
I continue to believe in GOD.That has never changed but I'm more into the spiritual path (Not seeing GOD the way the church has shown us with the bible stuff.I always questioned catholic religion)

Did your experience include features consistent with your earthly beliefs? Content that was both consistent and not consistent with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience
I knew we die but I did not know what do you feel after.

Did you have a change in your values and beliefs because of your experience? Yes
I am Not scared of dying as before and had help me to understand that when we died we feel amazing and amazing is nothing compared to what we feel . It has helped me to cope with my father in law passing away( who i loved like a father) in february this year.I know what he felt when his soul was leaving the physical body and he is having a blast up there no more pain.

Amazing love when I joined the light that kind of feeling does not exists here on earth

What life changes occurred in your life after your experience? Moderate changes in my life
I'm not sure it was a dream this feel a like vision but i'm not sure, then I wake up thats the weird part. in this experienced I confirmed my suspicions that my husband and I we lived another life together. I was shown both of us( I felt it was us but I could not see our faces I saw us at a far distance) sitting near a water well I had a dress from the 1800 century he was helping me to get water out of it.The next day when I woke up I told my husband : I had a dream or a vision. I told you when we meet that i could see through your eyes your soul and that i felt we were together for 40 years instead of a couple of months. Well this is a revelation experience.I always felt we have been together in different past lives but i could not confirm that. after this vision or dream I have no doubt about it.

I remember like if it was yesterday. the only sad part is that the feeling faded fast but now I know what we feel when we die. IM 100 percent sure of it

Do you have any psychic, non-ordinary or other special gifts after your experience that you did not have before the experience? Yes
yes But it has happened this year so I don't know if it is related it must be what are the odds of finding you guys and having this power. I control most of my thoughts

Are there one or several parts of your experience that are especially meaningful or significant to you? Just knowing that we are part of the light and how we feel after we leave the physical body that is so meaningful to me.

The next day I shared it with My husband, my sister and my mother.No they are not influenced. My husband is neutral to the experience I had .He says and I quote: we don't know the truth about anything.But he makes me feel that he believes in my personal experience and he thinks this has to happen to me. Not to him

I have heard of stories of people dying and coming back. I never digged into it.
