Experience Description I was walking to the refrigerator in the kitchen, when I felt dizzy. I went to the bed and sat down. I passed out three times that evening; once while lying down. The third time, I went to the bathroom with my girlfriend's help. But as I was standing up, I lost consciousness again. This time, everything went black at first, but then I seemed to fly out of my head. I saw a couple of past moments from my life, like a short video slideshow. Then, I was watching my body lying there and my girlfriend trying to help me. It wasn't pleasant, nor was it scary. Feelings were completely absent. It felt like I was watching a movie, but I knew it was me. I had no desire to return, and I had no thoughts. I was just observing. Then I came back to my body. My heart was pounding, and I was covered in sweat.
