Experience Description

I was walking to the refrigerator in the kitchen, when I felt dizzy. I went to the bed and sat down. I passed out three times that evening; once while lying down. The third time, I went to the bathroom with my girlfriend's help. But as I was standing up, I lost consciousness again.

This time, everything went black at first, but then I seemed to fly out of my head. I saw a couple of past moments from my life, like a short video slideshow. Then, I was watching my body lying there and my girlfriend trying to help me. It wasn't pleasant, nor was it scary. Feelings were completely absent. It felt like I was watching a movie, but I knew it was me. I had no desire to return, and I had no thoughts. I was just observing. Then I came back to my body. My heart was pounding, and I was covered in sweat.

I have triple negative essential thrombocythemia, internal bleeding opened. Later diagnosed with stage 3 anemia (hemoglobin = 70)

I save my girlfrien trying to bring me back, I saw teh pose in which I later came back. This is what I remember, I didn't verify it with anyone

It was like third-person view, with muffled sounds and cold colours light filter

I remember darkness before watching the video memories, but mayme these videos wer at the end of a darkness (maybe that was a 'tunnel')

I remembered my childhood, being on a swing, with mom standing beside. Then I remembered a var crash a year ago. There was something more, but don't remember

I heard when dying people see a tunnel, past events are flashing. ANd also I heard people can see out of the body when clinically dying

My girfriend was near me the whole time, I told her that. There was no woah reaction, because we were atheists. And explained that as brain halucinating
