Experience Description

I was in a head-on car crash in which 7 people died. I was spared and in a coma for 3 weeks until I succumbed to my injuries and flatlined.

I didn't see myself floating, but I could see and hear all the doctors and nurses working on me although I couldn't see myself. I saw this very bright light all around me. It just felt like energy pulling at me from all sides as if I were becoming part of everything. It was very peaceful. About 5 minutes into it, I was pulled back into my painful body.

After several years of recovery, I still receive too many birthday cards from the doctors and nurses.
