Experience Description

I was in the operating room having an appendix surgery. I felt like was out of my dark body, as opposed to my light spiritual body. I looked back to see the monitor that showed my heartbeat as a flat, green line. I stood up from the operating table feeling light, free, and free from pain. The room I was in was divided by a border line. Half of the room was where the doctors were. On the other side there were two of the most beautiful nurses I had ever seen. They were calling my name to come to them. I was going to them, stretching out my hands. My left foot was crossing the boundary line. My other foot was just about to cross the line too. Beyond the nurses was like a garden with fresh air and a beautiful smell. There were many children from different parts of the world, but now they called this place home. They were chanting in front of a man dressed in a gown, but I didn’t see his full face.

Most of me wanted to go with them, but a small part was listening to the doctors calling me and telling me not to go. I also wanted to see my sister, who was sitting outside and crying. After much hesitation, I said, "In the name of Jesus, I don’t want to go with you," and ran back to the doctors.

After I ran and reached the doctors’ side of the room, I felt as if my ear that had gone deaf was punctured. I heard my heartbeat start from the machine beginning to monitor the "beep, beep." Someone kept waking me by hitting my forehead. I was disappointed because she woke me up. I really wanted to go and thought she stopped me from doing that. When I woke up, I felt severe pain in my chest. The 30-minute surgery took longer than they planned. I heard from my mother that the doctor had told her, "Even though the surgery went well, we lost her. It was tough for us." He said to my mom, "Your faith and prayers have brought her back. It was beyond our control."

How do you consider the content of your experience? Entirely pleasant

Did you feel separated from your body? I clearly left my body and existed outside it The doctors that were holding their heads and turned their faces and the anesthesia doctor she is the one thag said she is back first before I heard my beat loudly.

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness? Crossing the line and seeing my sister ad I stretched out my hand. Then running back to the doctors after deciding to stay and comeback. Even though I was in that room, I could see my sister beyond the operation room, the doctors giving up trying and holding their head and the place beyond the line all at the same time. My normal everyday life can't see people beyond walls.It is not multidimensional.

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness? More consciousness and alertness than normal

Were your thoughts speeded up? Faster than usual

Were your senses more vivid than usual? More vivid than usual

Please compare your vision during the experience to your everyday vision that you had immediately prior to the time of the experience I have never felt different emotions all at the same time. The experience felt many experiences at once.

Please compare your hearing during the experience to your everyday hearing that you had immediately prior to the time of the experience My hearing had 3 types, what doctors call me is faint sound, what nurses that were calling me to go home was quiet loud,and when I heard my heart beat come back was very loud to my ears causing me discomfort as it felt like a blocked ear started hearing experience

Did you see any beings in your experience? No

Did you encounter or become aware of any deceased beings? No

Did you see or feel surrounded by a brilliant light? An unusually bright light

Did you see an unearthly light? Yes Two most beautiful nurses that came to take me, their voices I haven't heard ot anywhere it was very calming the main reason I wanted to go with them as it was reassuring.

Did you seem to enter another world? No

What emotions did you feel during the experience? I felt so peaceful as I left my body and started going toward the nurses. And sadness when I saw my sister crying and a small part of me felt also sad as I was leaving and that was also hesitant as if fighting between my wills to go and stay, it was like a battle of choices. And finally I felt disappointed by the doctor anesthesia doctor because she woke me up from my journey.

Did you have a feeling of peace or pleasantness? Incredible peace or pleasantness

Did you feel a sense of harmony or unity with the universe? I felt no longer in conflict with nature

Did you suddenly understand everything? Everything about myself or others

Did scenes from your past come back? No

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? Yes There was a boundary line, and a point of no return. My left foot crossed and right was to follow, ot was scary to cross at the end because I cant return anymore and won't be able to see my loved ones. Especially my sister I saw her

Did you come to a border or point of no return? I came to a definite conscious decision to return to life Majority part of me wanted to go to that peacful place. But I saw my sister crying and I wanted to see her most. My mom was also there. But I wanted to return to my sister very much. Even after I woke up I was calling her name and I wanted to touch and tell her I didn't leave her. And I love her.

What is your religion now? Christian- Protestant

Did your experience include features consistent with your earthly beliefs? Content that was both consistent and not consistent with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience I never thought even in my belife we struggle to decide to die, some part of me was afraid to let go while the rest of me was convinced to go because it was peaceful

Did you have a change in your values and beliefs because of your experience? Yes My values changed to embrace people beyond boarders and tell them Jesus gave a second chance to live and be able to share the Gospel even more. And life is too short.

Did you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice? I encountered a definite being, or a voice clearly of mystical or unearthly origin

Did you see deceased or religious spirits? No

Did you encounter or become aware of any beings who previously lived on earth who are described by name in religions (for example: Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, etc.)? Yes The children that were chanting and the man wearing long robs was called Jesus,

During your experience, did you gain information about universal connection or oneness? Uncertain What felt like is going to that peaceful place was comfortable than returning to the painful body

During your experience, did you gain information about the existence of God? Yes Jesus exists every child praises him. And he loves them and comes every morning to hear their praise.

During your experience, did you gain special knowledge or information about your purpose? No

During your experience, did you gain information about the meaning of life? Yes That going means not returning or seeing my loved one.

During your experience, did you gain information about an afterlife? Yes The children had life, they live with Jesus. I saw them.like in a place a big house backyard,they leave there and many nurses brought them there. They were separated from their loving moms from world maps.

During your experience, did you gain information about love? Yes Going to Jesus house, going to home felt being loved but also no returning. And loved my I see my sister cried

After the NDE:

Was the experience difficult to express in words? Yes Like the first part when I moved out of body and how I returned I don't know. Bur returning felt bad, as I felt all pain and the hesitation....

How accurately do you remember the experience in comparison to other life events that occurred around the time of the experience? I remember the experience more accurately than other life events that occurred around the time of the experience

Do you have any psychic, non-ordinary or other special gifts after your experience that you did not have before the experience? Uncertain I do see dreams after that like those that actually happen. It scares me too.

Have you ever shared this experience with others? Yes In any chance I get, it became a testimony for them that God gives second chances...

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience? Yes I heard it in Christian testimonies.....but living it is very different. Even as a kid I used to wish to see heaven. But after my own NDE. I don't feel the same.

What did you believe about the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened? Experience was definitely real But thought it was like a dream...but new I may have died and returned when my doctors said your slipped out of our hands and we don't belief in religion, we believe in science but yours was a miracle.I realized it wasn't just a dream but a real experience that I had died and returned back once again thanks tp Jesus

What do you believe about the reality of your experience now? Experience was definitely real If it was a dream, I see too but that was different. That's all I understand.
