Experience Description

I first heard a loud buzz and felt like I was stretching my arms and legs like when one awakens. I popped out of my body and saw myself lying in the dentist chair. I still know what I was wearing at the time. Next, I saw myself through the ceiling. I began to spin toward a cityscape and popped out onto a large organic looking portico. I saw a large crystalline, nighttime city view. I knew each of those lights was one of my lifetimes. I immediately knew the secret of life and I recall saying to myself, 'Oh, that is so simple; I must remember this when I return.' Two humanoid beings in white showed up and found it humorous that I was there. They escorted me back to the way I came. I awoke in the middle of receiving CPR. Now, of course, I can't recall what I knew other than is was beautifully simple.
