Experience Description

I was stabbed through my heart with a large knife from an assailant.

I then led down and woke up the day after in hospital. I was bandaged up and high on medication drugs they gave me.

As the knife had pierced my heart and membrane, they didn't realize there was still blood leakage. I slipped into a coma. The coma was 6-8 weeks or so; during which, I was read the last rites 3 times.

During the coma, I had vivid interactions with various people around the world.

An American Indian woman in the Rocky Mountains, kept saying, ‘just go home Steven’

Some bouncers in a nightclub in Spain, pushed me through a glass door and said, ‘just go home.’ I was then in a camper van outside my mum's house with my step-father, his wife and the same American Indian woman from earlier. It was snowing and the American Indian woman kept repeating, ‘just go asleep Steven.’

At this time and a few times previously there was intense pressure on my stomach which was a vice like grip.

I kept saying, ‘I am going to see my mum.’ Rather than going to sleep, I walked from the camper van in the snow. I don’t remember feeling any cold. As I opened my mum's back door to her house, I saw my entire family standing in the living room. They were not the kitchen as they should have been. I saw my mum, brothers, sister, nieces and dad. As I saw them, the pressure left my stomach and I felt better.

For some context:

I saw my dad for the first time, at that point in the 1997 dream since 1977 when he left. I was 3 or 4 years old when he left in 1977. I was 23 years old when I saw him in the dream in 1997.

Fast forward 5 years. It’s now 2002, and I now am the father of a new baby. I’ve survived, am working, and back in the real world.

My brother and I were in a local pub and decided to fly to Ireland for a short holiday. We flew that afternoon to Dublin. We got a coach to a town in Ireland and went to a pub. A man walked in and I said to my brother, 'that’s dad.' He asked how I knew that. I told him that man was wearing the exact same clothes as he had on in my dream 5 years ago. This was verified. It actually was my dad and we spent 4 days drinking with him.

Two years afterwards, my dad died from cancer at age 57. I’m now 51 and thought this is worth sharing.

Now, all this time later, I remember those dreams as lucidly as the days I was awake. In actual fact, I have memories of things that didn’t happen they were dreams but are as lucid as any memory.
