Experience Description

It was a standard day at work in the production office. I was preparing for our mid-morning production meeting at my desk. I was noting down questions to be asked of my superiors in the meeting. This is the last thing I remember consciously.

My colleagues have told me, I took a large intake of breath and slumped in my chair. The chair spun and I ended up on the office floor, having an intense seizure. I punched myself, bruising my nose and face. An ambulance was called and family was informed. After medical attention at hospital and further tests, it was determined that I have a congenital heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and I was fitted with a internal loop recorder. This ended up being a god-send as I had an exact replica cardiac arrest 5 weeks later while at home. It was captured by my loop recorder, giving the medical staff a better insight into what was happening to me.

On both occasions, I was completely unconscious and seized for around 2 minutes. While my heart was stopped, I was very aware of my near death experiences. In both cases, there was a fleeting review of my life via thousands of photo snapshots being shown to me in a warming, nurturing, and healing light.

Having taken quite a few party drugs in my youth it was most akin to MDMA's warmth, but it was far more intense, loving, nurturing and there was a complete sense of well-being and calm. It felt as if ultimate knowledge and love (the universe/god) was appraising my life experience and downloading it back to me in rapid fire.

I would say without question, it was the most at peace and harmony with the universe I have ever felt in my nearly 40 years on this planet.

I haven't had any issues like this in almost 3 years now. My ongoing heart problems are still being investigated. It's probably worth noting this was caused by genetics and not brought on by C-19 vaccinations (which I refused) or lifestyle.
