Experience Description

I was 9 years old. As almost every summer day, I went to the open-air pool. The stone plates were not just wet, as usual, but they were partly somehow quite slippery. Especially in front of the shower place, where we were cooling before using the pool. I was running excitedly behind my friends in exactly the direction of this shower place, slipped and fell. I noticing the fall itself, and then lost consciousness.

Then I suddenly started to fly. I wanted to fly farther, over the wood and towards the grain field that I loved so much. ‘Just flying once over to see everything from above,’ I said to myself. I have never flown in dreams, not before and not after this event. At the time, I thought that this was a dream.

The pool attendant carried me to the emergency room. I was lying on a stretcher and pulled away from my amazing flight. I woke up when I was asked to tell my phone number. I was talking very slowly. Sometime later, I forgot all the time what I was told several times. Today I believe that it could have been an OBE, as the flight followed immediately after the fall, and as I never fly in dreams. At the most about falling, or not getting down of a tree.
