Experience Description

My grandmother had recently died. I had strangely felt the need to go to church for her. I went to pray on the day of her death and the following days.

One night, I found myself catapulted into a tunnel made of concentric circles with a gray background. From each of the circles, emanated an immensely warm and loving light. It was very white but not blinding. In this dream, I was spirit and eyes. I was also fused with the spirit of my grandmother; it was as if we were intimately arm in arm.

At the end of the tunnel the circle became very small. I knew that the road in the tunnel was very long and far away from us. In the center of that small circle was an individual waiting for me. I saw a stylized man-like shape. He was gray in color but transparent. I accompanied her on her journey and we knew that he was waiting for us. I knew that it was not Jesus, but was like an assistant. He waved and moved while waiting for our arrival.

Time did not exist there. Even the space was different; we walked and never moved forward. We had been there for a long time; but it was as if time never passed. It seemed like an eternal moment as if time did not pass. at every step there were some kind of chimes, and I heard wonderful music they seemed like angels to me. I was perfectly aware of what was happening in the dream; that is, I was accompanying my grandmother for a little while on her journey. I knew everything I was experiencing and I didn't ask myself questions.

Then I woke up. If I had to summarize my experience with just one word I would say 'LOVE.' It was an experience of indescribable love. I felt peace, serenity, relaxation, and comfort. But above all, I felt love. It was a different love that was not even comparable to maternal love. This love is not describable with earthly words. I was in a dimension of peace and love.

I was aware of everything, although no one had explained anything to me. I sensed everything as if I were part of what I was experiencing

Did you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice? I encountered a definite being, or a voice clearly of mystical or unearthly origin. A being was waiting for us at the end of the tunnel, I knew he was waiting for us

What life changes occurred in your life after your experience? Moderate changes in my life I understood the futility of earthly affairs and that we only have little time on this earth to do beautiful things, to reach love and unite with universality

After the NDE:

Was the experience difficult to express in words? Yes I can't explain with earthly words what belongs to a different dimension. I try to describe the concept of different love, but on earth, there is a sterile environment. Inside, there can be a ray of love that binds you bilaterally to something or someone. Yet, imagine you are in a room. At a certain point, your son enters and you feel a ray of love that binds you to him and unites you. While there love, it is not a feeling towards someone. But there, it is all love; the air itself is love. I was lowered into a dimension of love. It had a dense energy as if it were a thick fog; it is as if I were lowered into a tub of love in which everything is fused and everything is love.

How accurately do you remember the experience in comparison to other life events that occurred around the time of the experience? I remember the experience more accurately than other life events that occurred around the time of the experience. I remember every detail because this experience really touched my heart. I remember the moods. In fact, when I'm lying down, I close my eyes and try to remember that immense love

Do you have any psychic, non-ordinary or other special gifts after your experience that you did not have before the experience? Yes I discovered that I have the ability to connect with something in the afterlife

Are there one or several parts of your experience that are especially meaningful or significant to you? I think I understood the meaning of life, that is, love is the meaning of life

Have you ever shared this experience with others? Yes with few people, it's not easy to believe
