Experience Description

I had just finished kickboxing and then showered. I went outside to have some refreshments and my toes and fingers began to curl and cramp. I knew I was low of potassium/ magnesium but thought that after I ate, it would be okay. About an hour later, I changed into my pajamas, and was sitting on the couch.

One minute I was talking to my husband and then next minute, I was in another dimension. I was surrounded by incredibly bright light that was loving and welcoming. Inside the light was my deceased dad, who looked younger than he did before he transitioned. He had a big smile on his face. I couldn't get close to him but I was so happy to see him that I couldn't stop smiling. I knew that the light was aware and conscious because I could feel it. When I looked down, my body was light beams. I was wearing a gown of light. Although I had all my worldly senses, I had no physical body. My dad had a physical body though. I assume that it so I could recognize him. I was told telepathically that I had to go back and complete my mission.

The next thing I knew, I was in the emergency room with lights shining in my face and people staring down at me. It definitely wasn't the warm, welcoming light I had just come from. I was upset that I was back in my physical body because I was so happy and felt loved on the other side. I will never forget that experience.

It took me a while to acclimatize back into this dimension. My body felt heavy and dense. On the other side I was free, light, and so very loved.
