Experience Description

I was attacked by a man with dissociative disorder. He banged my head against a wall about five times before throwing me on a bed and strangling me. He would do until I stopped breathing, and then would stop. I was terrified of leaving my kids behind.

I remember the last time he did this. I left my body, thinking of how my girls would have to live without me. I went from being in the room above myself and then just going into light. I felt the most profound, loving, and peaceful feeling. I remember feeling spread out or a part of everything. I also knew everything. My experience was like I was being watched by a big eye. I wasn't met by anyone; I just was. I was everything. I don't remember anything else until looking at my body, knowing that there was a body that I could used. When I say this, I mean the Justine before the experience wasn't really there anymore.

Then, I remember being back in my body. The guy was on the ground. When I sat up, I wet and soiled myself. The guy was acting young, like a kid, and said 'Run.' I stepped over him and he followed. I got my smashed phone and then he made a drink. I sat at the table and calmly waited.

I then left and the next day had to do a 5 day training in a mental health organization on counselors and psychologists.

I told them I had a fall from a big horse. I had bruising around the neck, back of the head and the jaw.

I don't remember what I was learning but they said it was the best training they had ever had. I went to hospital myself and got checked over. I had post-concussion syndrome and jaw issues; plus one eye wasn't good for a while.

In therapy, I had to learn how to be human again. Everyday conversations were hard but the teaching was easy. Assessing memories were hard because it felt very robotic to me.

I would flash between being here and somewhere else when I was walking. At first, I thought I was crazy from experience. But I continue to work alongside psychiatrists.

Six months later, I was on a plane to Canada. I was teaching spiritual hypnosis and work from there is very easy. I speak on Trauma and the brain, perception and hypnosis and it just comes out. Knowledge comes from where ever.

I have had experiences where I have seen people's memories as they talk. I've seen ghosts next to people. I've known what people are holding when on the phone with them. I think we all have the ability to do these things, it just takes being all connected and tuned into others.

I am more myself now. It is not that easy feeling a disconnect with family. It is like a friendship connection.
