Experience Description

I had drowned and found myself in a dark place where I felt I was being pushed and pulled. I had no thoughts, fear or pain.

When I started to regain consciousness, I felt dizzy and was pulled back into my body at incredible speed. The light was so strong I could not open my eyes but I could hear very well.

At the time of your experience, was there an associated life-threatening event? No Denizde boðulma 'Life threatening event, but not clinical death' They took me out of the water as a dead person, a teacher was there and he insisted on cardiopulmonary respiration.

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness? When I was pulled back my soul entered my body and I became conscious again. My senses were restored and I remembered everything that had happened to me during the experience.

Were your thoughts speeded up? Incredibly fast

Did time seem to speed up or slow down? Everything seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or lost all meaning Time and place were independent. I felt empty and entered a different dimension.

Were your senses more vivid than usual? Incredibly more vivid

Did you seem to be aware of things going on elsewhere? Yes, and the facts have been checked out

Did you pass into or through a tunnel? Yes I was in a tunnel where I felt pulled.

Did you see any beings in your experience? I actually saw them

Have your relationships changed specifically because of your experience? Yes I take things more seriously; I want to make sense of everything. My focus and relationships with others changed.

Are there one or several parts of your experience that are especially meaningful or significant to you? I moved into another dimension and felt emptiness. When I sleep, I feel my soul leaving my body. When I wake up, my soul returns.

Have you ever shared this experience with others? Yes People who were there believed me, some were fearful and some told me to become a better person and I try training my skills.

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience? Yes I believed in NDEs but had not much to do with it.
