suffice it to say there is a heaven. this is a place of learning for where we are to spend eternity, we are to bring as many people back as possible and the kindness or evil we do to each other causes peoples lives to be forever changed. we affect possible generations to come. even a harsh word could cause a person on the edge to turn away from god, so live it right folks and just give love and understanding if you can't do any thing else! i'm no god or angel just someone who knows for a fact there is another place and what you do here you take with you, good and bad. it's all about who you helped get through, over, around and eventually back home.

At this point I watched a future that began to pass before my eyes as if it were a movie made to describe a fairytale and all that the princess ever wished for was granted. I was told that I was meant to lead that I was a healer sent to earth to pave the way for others to live. I was shown a movie of a woman who came to earth to help people find their own individual greatness. She would become very well known in movies, TV, publishing, modeling, changing the idea of how the world looks at women, the fitness industry, and trendsetter. I would travel to different countries to open up the awareness for women and help them to discover their own true divinity. My greatest creations would be that of opening healing centers for women and children and that I would help to open humanitarian foundations for the homeless and people in tragedy and need. I would speak all over the world to large groups of people on topics like anorexia, bulimia, drug abuse, sobriety, and how to discover that unique power within.

Personal and spiritual growth became more important than living a normal life. I went back to college and earned degrees in psychology. My focus became helping others rather than getting more for myself. I became very non-materialistic. Life's little problems don't bother me anymore, I just go with the flow.

I had the feeling of freewill, yet a feeling of duty was present. Of obligation. I did not walk away from the experience thinking of Jesus as my savior, or that I wanted to go to church, or that church, and religion had anything to do with my experience. I do not unlike or un love Jesus, I just frankly was not told and no implication was made that Jesus wanted me to bow to him, or anything in that line. I do not go to church, save funerals, and weddings. I do not think that Jesus would want me to think of him as anything other than a loving spirit. I would like to follow him, not in a religion, but in a state of mind. I am not a Christian; I want no credit for that. But I see the wisdom of Buddha, and Jesus, and Gandhi, and others in their application of love to their life situations.

Although I do not know what the purpose of my life is, I do know that I cannot leave this life until I have completed whatever it is that I am set to do in this life. I suspect that life is a learning process, an evolutive process for the soul. As a result of this NDE, I have had a greater zest for life; also, I have a stronger conviction of religion. I have a greater awareness of the importance of family and friends, because through altruistic endeavors our souls will evolve. I knew I had a clear purpose and was shown this purpose so I could understand how needed I was. But what I connected with was just the importance of my life purpose. I saw the future (don't remember it) and even saw how difficult recovery would be from the accident but knew I would get through it which was all that mattered- for me to get on to do what I am meant to do. And that I could only serve this purpose if I lost my fears- of rejection, not being liked for the stands I took, other people having control of things (only we do), etc. And then I could act out of pure love- no complications or compromises.

I was sent back and I was supposed to do something, and I don't know what. I don't know what. I'm here, and I don't know if it's supposed to jump out at me and I'll know. I haven't a clue. I haven't a clue! Maybe I'm supposed to save somebody from getting hit by a car, or something, but I know I'm here for a reason. I know this, but don't ask me how I know, because I know. I don't know how I know, but I've got to be here. I haven't a clue. That when I get back to wherever I'm going, I'm going to take life more serious. In other words, don't wake up in the morning and see a bird and take that poor little bird for granted. Before, when people would talk to me I would say, 'Yeah, okay'' But now when people talk to me, I listen to every word they say. I have more compassion for people. I don't take things for granted any more. This will sound like I'm contradicting myself. I used to hear what I wanted to hear. But now I listen to everything you say. And I don't look at a bird as a bird, I look at a bird as a human. But. Everything I see here now is not real any more. Nothing I see is really real. What I saw over there was real. This (life) is like an imitation, because I saw the 'real McCoy.' I do take things more seriously and listen more, but I don't take it for real. It's not as real as what I saw. But I still listen and watch the waitresses pour my coffee but it's not real. Every time I pick up a magazine or watch TV, I know it's material things, but it's not real. The near-death experience is so hard to explain. This is not real. This is man-made, human-made. That is not man-made. That's real. But I still don't know what I'm doing. I haven't a clue. I do know that when you get there (to the other side) you've gotta talk to someone. I was doing the listening. You listen! It was a strong authority; it was a soft authority. It was guiding'the choice is yours. What do you want to do?
