Oriana R Fear Death Experience

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

I was driving in a car and it seemed as if I were about to crash into a truck, but something took over the steering wheel, shot me upwards towards a bright light and I was surrounded by some loving beings.  As I was going to the light as message was being shared with me.  "No matter what you have done and not done you are loved."  No matter what you will do and won't do you are loved."  "The world is perfect and you are perfect."  I also recall a conversation where I had decided I hadn't achieved what I had set out to do, so I decided that as much as I loved this place, I would return to my body.  And boom I was back in my body driving along with no truck in sight anymore.  I was in tears of joy, the feeling of love radiated throughout my being, it was the most amazing point in my life to date.

In the weeks after this I went on a knowledge search, trying to read everything I could on what happened, on life after death, on spirituality etc, I was reading 8 or so books at a time.  I also knew that my job involved helping people.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes     Words don't seem to allow you to share the beauty of the experience.  The love is immeasurable and incomparable.

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?          No       I shot straight up, as if I had jets in my body towards a great white light. It was a strong, swift force that sent me upwards.

Did you see a light?           Yes     A beautiful bright white loving light.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     They were surrounding me, and they were like balls of light sending me unconditional love. I didn't see any faces, just the light.

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?    Yes     it was like a judgment review of what had happened, but I can't recall the detail now, but it was a really quick flash and it came from a communal point of view, i.e. I was part of a community whose actions/past was being reviewed.  In this life my family does see itself as belonging to larger groups of people, i.e. its not just our parents and siblings, its a huge extended family and more.

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?            Yes     Taken to the source of light and unconditional, all encompassing love.

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     only with a hand selected few people, only to help them through a difficult situation.  A long time passed before I felt confident to share this experience.  Some looked at me in shock and surprise, others in awe, who really felt my description.

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?    No       I can't recall if I had ever read about it.  I'm sure I would have been extremely skeptical if I had.

How did you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:            Experience was definitely real    Completely real, but was in awe of it, it was so amazing, I felt so honored to receive such an enlightening and loving experience.

How do you currently view the reality of your experience:            Experience was definitely real    A spiritual experience that was completely real.

Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?           Yes     I had such a sense of knowing about stuff after it, I have found it difficult to stay in relationships that disbelieve.  Also, its like I have relationships because I'm there for a healing/unlocking/teaching reason and then something happens which forces me to make a decision to move on. I tolerate violence even less now.  I dislike seeing people in pain.  Therefore, I a strong drive to ease the pain of others. Have made many new relationships probably because of this.

Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?
Yes     Always believed in a greater being/creator, less tolerant of those assuming you must attend their church to know God and get to heaven.  Try to re-run what happened, in a sense to tune into that place again when in need of spiritual guidance.

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         No       I wish :-)

Did the questions asked and information you provided so far accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?         Yes

Are there any other questions we could ask to help you communicate your experience?   Hi, I would love to see more questions (maybe a new survey) on Post-NDE, e.g. the types of experiences people have after that.  e.g. how has this affected your relationships, work, day to day life, day to day conversations, day to day activities.  Greatest challenges since and how you overcome them.
