Was the experience difficult to express in words?  Yes

      What was it about the experience that makes it hard to communicate?  What I saw.

At the time of the experience, was there an associated life threatening event?  Yes

      Describe:  Internal bleeding

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?  lucid

Was the experience dream like in any way?  no!

Did you experience a separation of consciousness from your body?  Yes

Describe your appearance or form apart from your body:  I was standing across the room watching them work on me.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?  relief, peace. joy, no pain, even happiness.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?  Oh yes!

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?  No

Did you see a light?  Yes

      Describe:  A beautiful amber glow.

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?  No

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?  Yes

      Describe:  I asked the nurses present. 

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?  No

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes

      Describe:  Not sure I can.

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?  Yes

      Describe:  Personal things about myself that have as of now not yet come to pass.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?  Yes

      Describe:  I was told not to step through the doorway. There were 6 beautiful children playing in the hall.

Did you become aware of future events?  Uncertain

Were you involved in or aware of a decision to return to the body?  Yes

      Describe:  I was told I couldn't go I wasn't finished yet. I was quite upset and angry. I told them I was tired worn out and ready to go.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?  Yes

      Describe:  The abilities I had before were stronger more defined.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?  Yes

      Describe:  I would rather not at this time.

Has the experience affected your relationships?  Daily life?  Religious practices etc.?  Career choices?  Made some a lot stronger, totally destroyed others. People don't mind watching things like this in movies, etc. In real life it unnerves them and alienates you.

Have you shared this experience with others?  Yes

      Describe:  Mixed, some believed, some figured drugs, others weren't sure. The one Doctor came in every morning and told me they didn't save me god had to have. He figured with me not being religious, I must have really been looking for answers.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  Anger that I wasn't allowed to go.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?  I'm still thinking about that.
