Experience description: 

Saturday or Sunday night I woke up by too low a blood sugar (hypoglycemia), I was so out of it that I could scarcely make it to my kitchen to get some sugar as soon as possible.  I instantly knew that this was the worst episode of hypoglycemia which I ever had.  I had to act rapidly, after eating sugar, I went down to the refrigerator to drink (below state in the berging also, my living room and kitchen are on first floor), my blood sugars were still too low.  It was very difficult to run.  When I reached the refrigerator, everything went black before my eyes.  The next moment I saw myself lying on my my abdomen next to the refrigerator.  I saw myself myself from above (birds eye view), what was notable for me was the colors.  They were very intense and clear and enormous restful silence and the very peaceful feeling which I had, I felt no fear nothing. But the colors in my surroundings were so intense, I saw simply my berging where my refrigerator stands.  I was lying on the ground, but the colors were terribly clear and pure and intense.  I felt myself very glad and fortunately, afterwards I felt decrease itself slowly direction my body and I recovered all of a sudden.  I saw that I lay therefore for my refrigerator on my abdomen, I have difficultly stood up and to my bedroom have run slowly
because I was totally exhausted.

Werd zaterdag op zondag nacht wakker door een te laag bloedsuiker gehalte (hypo/hypoglycemia), dit was zo heftig dat ik amper kon lopen en erg gedisorienteert was, ben naar mijn keuken gestrompelt om zo snel mogelijk wat zoets te eten, ik wist automaties dat dit de ergste hypo was die ik ooit gehad had en dat ik snel moest handelen, na het eten van ijs, ging ik naar beneden om wat te drinken (Beneden staat in de berging ook een koelkast, mijn woonkamer en keuken zijn op de eerste verdieping), mijn bloedsuikers waren nog steeds te laag, dus lopen ging heel moeilijk, bij de koelkast aangekomen werd alles zwart voor mijn ogen en het volgende moment zag ik mezelf plat op mijn buik voor de koelkast liggen, ik zag me zelf van bovenaf (birds eye view), wat me opviel waren de kleuren die zeer intens en helder waren en de enorme rustgevende stilte en het zeer vredige gevoel dat ik had, ik voelde geen angst niets. Maar de kleuren in mijn omgeving waren zo intens, ik zag gewoon mijn berging waar mijn koelkast staat en mezelf op de grond liggen, maar de kleuren waren vreselijk helder en zuiver en intens en ik voelde me zeer blij en gelukkig, daarna voelde ik mezelf langzaam dalen richting mijn lichaam en ik kwam ineens weer bij, ik merkte dat ik dus voor mijn koelkast lag op mijn buik, ik ben met moeite opgestaan en ben langzaam naar mijn slaapkamer gelopen omdat ik totaal uitgeput was.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No      

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          Yes            Hypoglycemia. Already 3 years suikerpatient (diabetes) be, blood sugars were this way low that I could run scarcely.

Ben al 3 jaar suikerpatient (diabetes), bloedsuikers waren zo laag dat ik amper kon lopen.

Zeer intense, heldere en zuivere kleuren waargenomen, een gevoel van intens geluk en blijdschap

            Yes   Yes totally no sound, absolute peaceful silence, a silence which I cannot define in words.  Totaal geen geluid, absolute vredige stilte, een stilte die ik niet in woorden kan omschrijven

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes

What emotions did you feel during the experience?   intense luck and blijdschap, I totally felt no fear         intens geluk en blijdschap, angst voelde ik totaal niet

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   Yes   for my feeling lasted it a couple 20-30 seconden, then I at had come and on the bell pale it looked at that I had been certain 1 hour

How did you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:            Experience was definitely real  it happened this way real, I had my normal idea pace during this experience   Het kwam zo werkelijk over, ik had tijdens deze ervaring gewoon mijn normale gedachtengang

Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?            Yes        I praised formerly already not in god and christus, by this experience me has become still more clear that there no sky and hell existed and god also no or christus

    Ik geloofde voorheen al niet in God en Christus, door deze ervaring is mij nog duidelijker geworden dat er geen hemel en hel bestaan en ook geen God of Christus
