Experience description: 

Had swollen lungs, so I couldnīt lie on my back. Didnīt have any asthma medication. Went to bed, had trouble breathing, couldnīt breathe fully. Fell asleep and experienced that I saw myself lying there, and that there was someone who pressed down on my lungs, as a kind of CPR.

My head was being held up sideways and I felt an arm around my neck on the side I was lying on. Felt rough pressures down my back and saw two hands pressing on my back at the same time. Remember a person who passed away a long time ago, who had thin brown hands and a light blue shirt - thatīs what I saw. I woke up from it and couldnīt breathe properly.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     No

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          Yes
Since my lungs were about to shut down totally, it was life threatening.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           Sleeping
            Was the experience dream like in any way?   Yes, it was as if I was asleep, but saw myself lying there.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes
I looked the same way I do now.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           No, but felt rough pressure down my back, was pushed around hard until I woke up.

Did you become aware of future events?       No
I have this ability and all the events are correct, all the events I get information about are important and big.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       No

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         No
Iīve had it all along, but itīs deeper now. I get signs about people Iīm about to meet and what Iīm going to do in my life. It can be about work, health etc.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes
Yes, body and soul are separate and the soul have to exist for us to be able to walk, talk, do things. When the soul is gone, you canīt exist in the body you have on earth. The body is only a shell, the soul is the important part, the part that survives bodily death.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       I believe in God, but know that there are angels and helpers that Iīve come to know about.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         Yes
I believe there is something else after this life.

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes
My family thought it would have been awful if Iīd passed away.
