Was the experience difficult to express in words?  No

At the time of the experience, was there an associated life threatening event?  Yes

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?  completely out. heart had seized

Was the experience dream like in any way?  yes

Did you experience a separation of consciousness from your body?  Uncertain

What emotions did you feel during the experience?  extremely happy, confused

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?  no

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?  No

Did you see a light?  Yes

Did you meet or see any other beings?  Yes

      Describe:  they were in an area, similar to conference table. I knew everyone at the time but only remember my Grandfather after I came back. They spoke to each other, but without words. It was as if they knew what they were thinking.  The death angel or whatever he is was the only voice I heard.

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?  No

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?  No

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?  No

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?  No

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?  Yes

      Describe:  The death angel spoke to me and told me to take his hand and he would take me there.  That is when I screamed and pulled my arm away and said No!!!!!!

Did you become aware of future events?  No

Were you involved in or aware of a decision to return to the body?  Yes

      Describe:  When I initially entered the room or area the people I knew were in deep none verbal discussion. They seemed to be in disagreement.  As my body traveled and I reached the end area the person or death angel offered his hand and said, take my hand and I will take you there. This was audible.  I screamed No!!!! and at that time I knew what my Grandfather and the others were in disagreement about.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?  No

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?  Yes

      Describe:  For several months I felt the most content feeling.  I didn't even give a lot of thought to what had happened.  Then I had a feeling of some impatience and a little anger.  That really wasn't that bad because I was so easy going before.  I believe it has balanced me out.

Has the experience affected your relationships?  Daily life?  Religious practices etc.?  Career choices?  Things are still pretty much the same.  I guess now I Don't have to wonder if there is life after death.  I know it for a fact. It gives me a sense of relief of sorts towards death.  I am not afraid of it any more because you experience such a peace and care free feeling that coming back to earth is hard.  Leaving was simple coming back was difficult.

Have you shared this experience with others?  Yes

      Describe:  Everyone I spoke to was touched my what I experienced.  I have shared it with people when the opportunity would present itself. They seem to be amazed.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?  The best was seeing the people I love.  The worst was the confusion at the end with what was happening to me.
