      Explanation:  this occurred during an operation.

Was the experience difficult to express in words?  No

At the time of the experience, was there an associated life threatening event?  No 

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?  I was alert to exp...what happened. Although I did die during the operation. I saw the doctors working on me to get me to come back.

Was the experience dream like in any way?  no

Did you experience a separation of consciousness from your body?  Yes

What emotions did you feel during the experience?  I was happy and felt loved and at peace

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?  harp playing music, angels singing voices gentle voices 

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?  Yes

      Describe:  I went through 3 beautiful doors.......each enclosure was different... 

Did you see a light?  Yes

      Describe:  brilliant blue that it was bright that it would hurt a human being's eyes, but it didn't bother me as much. 

Did you meet or see any other beings?  Yes

      Describe:  I saw the Son of the Living God, Jesus Christ, Blessed Virgin Mother, My parents, and the Doctor's wife who operated on me the conversation went as this. Jesus said to me: My little one, I will send a son to you in My time. I will also send the Doctor a young lady to help him with his 4 children.  And that I must return back to earth to take care the 3 children He has given me. My mom and dad hugged and kiss me. They also talked to me too. Works of missing one another was express. The doctors wife, gave a message to the Doctor her earthly husband, and told me to tell him how much she misses him and loves him and misses her children. 

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?  Yes

      Describe:  Yes, I saw the things I should of done, and also the things I shouldn't have done. My life pass me like a speed of light 

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?  Yes

      Describe:  A year later after this had happened, the doctor met a young nurse and married several months later.   

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?  Yes

      Describe:  I was sitting on Jesus lap. I saw the doctor's wife whom passed on early of that year in September 1990 with a heart attack. I wasn't aware of her death. 

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes

      Describe:  I knew that I wasn't on earth. It was too Heavenly. 

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?  No 

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?  Uncertain 

Did you become aware of future events?  Uncertain 

Were you involved in or aware of a decision to return to the body?  Yes

      Describe:  Jesus said to me" My daughter you must return to earth to take care of the three children I gave you. 

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience? Yes

      Describe:  there is too much to explain. 

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?  Yes

      Describe:  It made know that God Loves us and wants us to live with him when we love each other down here on earth and do all good to everyone. Jesus is has Mercy and His Love goes beyond incomparable Words cannot describe the love that Jesus has for us. He loves us unconditionally. 

Has the experience affected your relationships?  Daily life?  Religious practices etc.?  Career choices?  yes. It has brought me to focus on my family and children. To offer everything to HIM, God for all of His Glory.

I become more close to Jesus and became in depth with my faith.

      Describe:  No, they told me that I was blessed to have this happened to me. I must have great faith. These were some of the comments. 

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  I so happy that I can't explain the words. I was loved and filled with such love that I knew God gave me all the love to me that day.  I don't feel lone anymore

What was the best and worst part of your experience?  the worst was coming back to this earth. I didn't want to return. I wanted to stay up there with God for all eternity and with my mom and dad.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?  yes.  It gives us a peaceful life with much joy and comfort. No more pain nor suffering. Yes, there is a beautiful life there after leaving this world. God has promised each and everyone  this. After all we are HIS Children.
