Eric SV NDE |
During the heat wave of
2003, I had a beginning of NDE ...
Right after work, I went straight to the maternity ward
where my nephew was just born ...
I drove during an hour, under a burning sun!
In that room, it was so hot...
Because I was tired
after work, and that I also drove during an hour in a terrible heat, as soon as
I arrived to the room, I just fainted....
First, I started to see everything turning around me ...
then, suddenly, everything disappeared ! ... I was in total darkness ...
everything went black ... there were only darkness and nothing else ... but I
was not scared, I felt good, quiet ... I was moving fast and straight ...I knew
where I was heading to...It was like going back home...I had the feeling that I
already knew the place where I was going to ... and I had an only wish: to get
there fast!... and I moved straight into the darkness ...
Then, I heard someone calling me... the voice came from behind me... I stopped
to listen better, because the voice was far away...then, I hesitated if to
keep on my way ¨out there¨ or going to the voice that kept on calling me, again
and again...
The truth is that... I really wanted to go "there",
where I was heading to, straight into the darkness ... I wanted to keep on my
journey ... but the voice was still keeping on calling me...
so I thought: "Ok, I'll
go to that voice and see what happens, it may be important ... after, I´ll go
back" there "...
So, I turned around to where someone was calling me...
Then, all of a sudden, I was back in my body...
Later, my relatives told me that I felt down all of a
sudden, and that my father, who was next to me, just had time to catch me up. I
was in the arms of my father, and my mother was just in front of me...
She was the one who was calling me again and again...
What is strange is that when I was moving straight into
the darkness, I heard someone calling me behind me...Yet, when my mother
called me, she stood right in front of my body. No doubt, I had a
beginning of NDE.
I went to the same where other people who had a longer
NDE go... but I did not go into the light, for I did not have the time to see
it...
Because of this short experience, I have no doubt about
the authenticity of NDE testimonies...Even those where people say they had an
encounter with an Angel (or with a ¨Being of Light¨ or deceased persons) since
I also saw one when I was 21, early 1992, although it was not during a NDE.
Was the kind of
experience difficult to express in words?
No
At the time of this experience, was there an
associated life threatening event? No
At what time during the experience were you at
your highest level of consciousness and alertness?
From the beginning to the end.
How did your highest level of consciousness and
alertness during the experience compare to your normal every day consciousness
and alertness? Normal consciousness and
alertness
from the beginning to the end.
Did your vision differ in any way from your
normal, everyday vision (in any aspect, such as clarity, field of vision,
colors, brightness, depth perception degree of solidness/transparency of
objects, etc.)? Uncertain.
I´m not sure. I only saw darkness. So I cannot
answer.
At a point of
time, when I hesitated to go to the voice calling me or keep on my journey to
¨out there¨, I saw something like a picture (children playing in the sand) and I
had the feeling that I should go to help them...what for? I don't know...but I
felt it was important...
Did your hearing differ in any way from your normal, everyday hearing (in any
aspect, such as clarity, ability to recognize source of sound, pitch, loudness,
etc.)? No
Did you experience a separation of your
consciousness from your body? Yes.
What emotions did you feel during the
experience? Peace
of mind, quietness and a little of joy to know I was going back to where I was
going...
Did you
pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?
Uncertain
I'm not sure. I don't know what was that
place...All of a sudden, I found myself in a total
darkness...I did not see any limit...
Did you see a light?
No
Did you meet or see any other beings?
No
Did you experience a review of past events in
your life? No
Did you observe or hear anything regarding
people or events during your experience that could be verified later?
No

distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?

knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?
No

structure? No
Did you become aware of future events?
No
Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other
special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?
No
Have you shared this experience with others?
Yes 5 ans. They did no believe
me...except a bit for my mother, thanks to the other testimonies on the Web.
Did you have any knowledge of near death
experience (NDE) prior to your experience?
Uncertain I´m not sure. I heard
and read about it very superficially, but did not really believe it...
Since this experience happened to me in such an unexpected way (lost of consciousness) I don't think I was influenced by anything.
How did
you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it
happened: Experience was
definitely real
This experience has always been real to me. It has
nothing to do with dreams or imagination.
Were there
one or several parts of the experience especially meaningful or significant to
you? Yes
In all the testimonies I have heard and read
of, none of the people knew where they were going when they were in the
darkness. Only when they saw the light they went to it...In my case, I did not
wonder why I was there...it was normal to me...I knew where I was going since
the beginning, without having seen le light...
How do you currently view the reality of your experience:
Experience was definitely real
This experience always has been real to me. It has nothing to see with dreams
and imagination.
Have your
relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?
No
Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your
experience? Yes
I did not think it was possible to go to the other
side and come back. Now that I experienced it, besides I know it is
possible I also think there is some truth in religions...Before that experience
I had the opportunity to see and talk to an angel (or being of light) without
having any religion.. those two experiences leads me to a more spiritual than
religious life... I believe in the bases of religion, but not in what religion
became.
Following
the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or
substances which reproduced any part of the experience?
No
Did the questions asked and information you
provided so far accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?
Yes
