Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes The feelings and the type of light

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness? I'm not sure, I was dead.
How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal every day consciousness and alertness? Normal consciousness and alertness
Did your vision differ in any way from your normal, everyday vision (in any aspect, such as clarity, field of vision, colors, brightness, depth perception degree of solidness/transparency of objects, etc.)? Yes the brightness of the light, yet it didn't hurt my eyes.
Did your hearing differ in any way from your normal, everyday hearing (in any aspect, such as clarity, ability to recognize source of sound, pitch, loudness, etc.)?

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body? Yes
What emotions did you feel during the experience? calmness, love, peace beyond comprehension

through a tunnel or enclosure? No
Did you see a light? Yes Yes, a bright white light, but warm and it didn't hurt my eyes.
Did you have any sense of altered space or time? No
Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose? No
Have you shared this experience with others? Yes I was in a coma for a 3 weeks afterward. I told my family as soon as I was able. My friends ask what dying is like and I tell them.
Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience? Yes I've been a critical nurse for a long time. I've heard a few different things from different people that we were able to bring back. I don't think it affected my experience.
How did you view the reality
of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened: Experience was definitely real I accepted it to be real.
Were there one or several parts of the experience especially meaningful or significant to you? The loving and peaceful feeling.
How do you currently view the reality of your experience: Experience was definitely real It happened, I know it did. I don't question it.
Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience? Yes Time is precious, less patience with what I call the bullshit of life. Its like I have a stopwatch inside of me and I hear it ticking.
