EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

1 5 years old, sitting atop electric pole  looking  down at mother huddled over he and yelling for me  to wake up.  2. shaving in bathroom ad a thought that I could  be  running late for an  appointment. suddenly found  myself  in the bedroom  hovered over the bed looking at the  clock and thinking  well when you are like this  you  can see perfectly without your glasses. Had plenty of time and  went back  to  shave, looked in the  mirror and  knew that I had just had an out of  body experience. No  question about it. I wish I could  do it again,  but  I  can't..... not now.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     No      

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No      

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No      

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           1 apparently out. 2 wide awake sharp  as a tack.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   no I  was out of body and it was obvious.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     experience was cerebral, I did not  see my body out of my body. I  could see other things but not myself out of my  body......

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            totally normal.... totally  natural....

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           just mother

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?            Yes     1 my front yard.  2. my bed and clock

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     mother

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No      

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Yes     not different

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    No      

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?             Yes     sat on top of  pole..2 floated across bed.

Did you become aware of future events?       Yes    

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       Yes     I returned to  please  mother

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         No      

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   No response           

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         Yes     I am planning my next life.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      knowledge that it was possible....

Please offer any suggestions you may have to improve this questionnaire.    my feeling is that the essence that exists out  of the body during these episodes is not NOTHING. If it  is SOMETHING,  when will we be able  to  measure it. I would like to see a study where people die are observed with  some super high-tech electro magnetic wave recorder to  determine  if  the brain  waves might leave and could be followed to  see what happens  to them. To me NOTHING can achieve an  out  of  body experience. It has  to be SOMETHING and if  it  is SOMETHING, it  should be capable of being  measured !!!!
