ON THE MENTIONED DATE AND TIME I WAS AT THE GOLD'S GYM WORKING OUT IN PREPARATION FOR WORK WHICH IS A NORMAL ROUTINE FOR ME. I REMEMBERED HAVING A MASSIVE PAIN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY HEAD WHICH WAS A CONSTANT PAIN WHICH DID NOT LET UP ANY AS I WAS CONTEMPLATING ON STOPPING MY WORK OUT DUE TO HAVING THIS PAIN IN MY HEAD WHICH DROVE ME TO TEARS. I REMEMBERED TALKING WITH SOME FRIEND OF MINE WHO I WAS WORKING OUT WITH ,TELLING THEM THAT I COULD NO LONGER WORK OUT WITH THEM FOR THIS CRUCIAL PAIN. I THEN REMEMBERED LYING DOWN ON THE MAT TO REST. I DON'T REMEMBER COLLAPSING OVER HITTING MY MOUTH ON A WORK OUT MACHINE PRIOR TO HITTING  THE FLOOR. ONE OF MY FRIENDS CALLED FOR HELP OR WHICH 911EMERGENCY. WAS PHONED FOR ASSISTANCE AS TOLD BY THE STAFF LATER AT THE GYM.

I REMEMBER TELLING THE PARAMEDICS ABOUT MY PAIN TO WHICH AT THAT TIME WAS VERY PRESENT AND STILL ON-GOING STILL FEELING THIS AWESOME DEVASTATING PAIN WAY DOWN MY HEAD TO MY BACK. THE PARAMEDICS THOUGHT THAT I MAY HAVE HURT MYSELF WORKING OUT TO WHICH I CONSTANTLY REMINDED THEM THAT THIS WAS NOT TRUE AND THAT I WAS NOT EXAGGERATING THE EXTENT OF MY PAIN. I ALSO TOLD THEM THAT I KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT DUE TO ME BEING A POLICE OFFICER AND THAT I UNDERSTOOD PEOPLE EXAGGERATING ABOUT THEIR PAIN.  AS THE AMBULANCE TOOK OFF SPEEDILY DOWN THE STREET I  REMEMBERED TELLING PARAMEDIC TO HAVE THE DRIVER TURN OFF THE SIREN DUE TO MY HEADACHE I WAS HAVING.

AT THIS TIME I KEPT MY EYES CLOSED BECAUSE I KNEW THAT I WAS DYING AND I HAD TO DIE BECAUSE OF THE VERY ,VERY CRUCIAL PAIN I WAS HAVING. TE PARAMEDIC KEPT ASKING ME TO OPEN MY EYES BECAUSE HE WANTED TO OBSERVE MY PUPILS TO WHICH I REJECTED DUE TO HAVING SEEN MANY PEOPLE DIE ON MY JOB AND PEOPLE LOOKING DOWN OVER THEM LOOKING INTO THE FACE OF THE DEARLY DEPARTED. I STATED TO THE PARAMEDIC THAT I WAS NOT "GOING OUT LIKE THAT"  meaning people looking at you in horror as you lay dead on the surface. 

I remember really praying to god that I was ready to die but I didn't want to die because I wanted to continue here on earth with my wife of 7 years because I  did not want her to go through the agony of losing her husband as she had already lost her father being buried just days before this incidence. I remember telling the lord that I needed to stay here so I could preach the gospel fulfilling his last commandment located in Matthew 28 chapter.

I spoke only 7 more words to god in my prayer which was " into thy hands I commit my spirit" at this particular time I observed myself coming out of myself and I was floating up near the ceiling of the ambulance watching the paramedic work frantic trying to resuscitate me. ...... I also  heard the paramedic hs0out to his partner that he was losing me at the time of my departure from this life. I remember floating out of the ceiling and when I had reached the top of the ceiling on the outside I observed 2 angels that was very frightening to look at and that their strength was very strong and that their height was about 9 or 10 feet in height. we kept floating upwards right into space still heading upwards , I was so amaze at what was going on ,but not scared due to the experience to which I was so dumfounded too.

I remember telling the angels not to drop me because of my fear of heights. the angels did not drop me even though I was trying to pull away from them to no avail. once we arrived into heaven I saw Jesus Christ who I expect was Jesus who is God now in our spiritual realm of things. I remember the angel placing me down as I was steadily looking around observing heaven and remembering how the bible described heaven looking like also speaking about the streets being paved with pure gold to which I could not see for overbearing observance of a vast mist that overshadowing the ground or surface of heaven as to speak. I remember seeing God (" if it is safe to say") come out off a room that was located to the left corner of the room to which I was safely put by the angels.  ....... I observed him as he was so surely to hold on to the door knob of this particular room door as he came out backwards and notice his countenance having what appeared to be a long robe on which you could clearly looked through him and the gold belt he had on plus looking at his face which scared the living crap out of me,.............. he had a face of a ............lion. 

I only stood looking amazed of what I was observing .I then saw the angel fly back to me only looking at them thru my the corner of my eyes due to what they looked like. I was afraid to look at them head on....so I only looked at them thru the corners of my eye. At this time I noticed that god only looked at me but didn't say anything to me, but only spoke to me as to say mental telepathy or something like it. I only felt that he telling me not to be afraid, to which at that time I felt okay once he told me not to be afraid. I also was looking around to see if I was able to see anyone else but I did not see anyone else. I remember feeling very sorry for God because I felt that he was lonely due to me not seeing anybody else that was there besides the holy angels.

I only looked at him AND OBSERVING HIM ONLY LOOKING AT ME BACK. I WAS THINKING AT THE TIME THAT KNEELING DOWN BEFORE HIM WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO BUT I WAS AFRAID TO DO SO BECAUSE I DID NOT SEE A PLACE FOR ME TO KNEEL DOWN BECAUSE OF THE GREAT MIST THAT WAS PRESENT AND I THOUGHT THAT IF I DID SO WILL RESULT IN ME FALLING THRU THE HEAVEN BACK TO EARTH" HAVING MY FEAR OF HEIGHT AS I STATED EARLIER". GOD ONLY LOOKED AT ME AS I WAS STANDING WHAT APPEARED TO BE ABOUT 15OR 20 YARDS AWAY FROM HIM. I WAS FRIGHTENED ONLY DUE TO HIM HAVING A FACE OF A LION. I ALSO REMEMBER HIM HOLDING HIS ARM UP TOWARD ME GESTURING ME BACK TO EARTH TO MY BODY. WHEN I GOT TO MY BODY . I MOTIONED FOR THE PARAMEDIC TO STOP DOING WHAT HE WAS DOING TO ME BY PLACING THE ELECTRODES ON MY CHEST SHOCKING ME TO GET A HEARTBEAT .

I STATED LOUDLY TO HIM THAT HE WOULD NOT BELIEVED JUST WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO ME WHICH I WAS INTERRUPTED BY HIM TELLING ME THAT I SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF HIM. HE STATED THAT I HAD CODED AND THAT THEY HAD ARRANGED FOR A HELICOPTER TO TRANSPORT ME TO THE HOSPITAL BEING EMORY HOSPITAL LOCATED IN NORTHEAST ATLANTA, A. WHICH IS THE BEST HOSPITAL FOR ANYONE WITH BRAIN INJURES. IT WAS A LONG REHABILITATION FOR ME BECAUSE OF MY ILLNESS. I NOW SUFFER FROM HAVING MILD SEIZURES. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO THIS ALONE FOR HAVING MY AUNT MILDRED TO HELP SHARE MY BURDENS WITH PRAYER AND SUPPLICATIONS. I THANK GOD FOR HER.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No      

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?    AS SOON AS I CROSSED OVER INTO ETERNITY!

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal every day consciousness and alertness?    More consciousness and alertness than normal

Did your vision differ in any way from your normal, everyday vision (in any aspect, such as clarity, field of vision, colors, brightness, depth perception degree of solidness/transparency of objects, etc.)?  Yes     DUE TO HAVING THE ANEURYSMS ,MY BRAIN WAS INJURED EFFECTING OTHER ORGANS ALONG WITH MY EYESIGHT.

Did your hearing differ in any way from your normal, everyday hearing (in any aspect, such as clarity, ability to recognize source of sound, pitch, loudness, etc.)?
            No       I COULD NOT HEAR ANYTHING OR FEEL ANYTHING BUT THE ANGELS HOLDING ME ON EITHER SIDE OF MY BODY.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            A SENSE OF CALMNESS ALONG WITH NO PAIN WHATSOEVER!

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?          No      

Did you see a light?           Yes     THE LIGHT THAT WAS INTERJECTING FROM THE LORD'S BODY ONCE INTO HEAVEN

Did you meet or see any other beings?           No       NOT OTHER THAN THE ANGELS.

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?    No       YES, TOMORROW IS NOT PROMISED TO ANYBODY !.....AND THAT YOU HAVE TO BE READY OR YOU WILL SPEND ETERNITY IN HELL IF YOU ARE NOT RIGHT WITH GOD........... ONE WAY OR THE OTHER!

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          Yes     THAT I DID IN FACT, DIE ACCORDING TO THE FIRE RESCUE PARAMEDICS.

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?           Yes            ONCE YOU DIE ,THERE ARE NO LIMITS AS TO TIME AND SPACE.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   Yes     YOU CANNOT TOUCH ANYTHING NOR PICK UP ANYTHING.

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?     Yes     I COULD REFLECT ON MY KNOWLEDGE OF BIBLICAL THINGS.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? Uncertain      YOU CANNOT GO TO THESE PLACES WHICH I JOURNEYED UNLESS YOU DEPART FROM THIS WORLD.

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     I TRY TO TELL EVERY ONE THAT I MEET . THIS  EXPERIENCE IS NOT EASY TO HOLD ONTO WITHOUT TELLING SOMEONE ELSE.

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?    Yes     I KNEW AT THE TIME OF DEATH ,YOU WOULD CROSS OVER INTO ETERNITY AND THAT IT WAS NO SUCH THING AS A SECOND CHANCE. I STILL DON'T KNOW WHY THE LORD SENT ME BACK HERE. OTHER PEOPLE HAVE SUGGESTED THAT IT PROBABLY WAS NOT MY TIME TO GO. IN MY THEOLOGY, WHY DID THIS HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE. YOU GET IT1!!!11

How did you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:            Experience was definitely real    IT WAS A REAL OCCURRENCE THAT WAS CORROBORATED BY MEDICAL OFFICIALS ..MEANING THE AMBULANCE UNIT PLUS THE HELICOPTER UNIT WHO HAD MY VITALS IN FRONT OF THEM.

Were there one or several parts of the experience especially meaningful or significant to you?            YES, I NOW KNOW  UNDER A SHADOW OF A DOUBT .....WHERE I AM GOING WHEN ITS ALL OVER THE NEXT TIME.

Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?           Yes     I FOUND THAT PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT SUCH EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO FRIGHTFUL TO THEM OR THEY DON'T WANT TO COME TO GRABS WITH THIS TYPE OF THINGS. HI

Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?            No            I STILL HOLD ON TO MY FAITH WHICH HAS ROSE TO NEW HEIGHTS NOW SINCE THIS HAS HAPPENED!

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         No      

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience? Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?          PLEASE MAKE UP IN YOUR MIND WHO YOU WILL SERVE....... EITHER GOD OR MAMMON. YOU CANNOT SERVE TWO MASTERS.   YOU CANNOT HANGED ONTO GOD AND THE THINGS OF THIS WORLD... THIS TYPE OF THING DOES NOT HAPPEN EVERY DAY. SO JUST BELIEVE ON THE NAME JESUS THE CHRIST AND YOU WILL BE SAVE  WITH  WALKING IN HIS "PRESENCE".
