Art L Probable NDE

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Lying on a bed and sniffing this Protrusion I stopped breathing. I left my body and was rising above my body. I then had a quick revue of my life. I found my self in a very dark place approaching a bright light. As I got closer to this light, I felt at peace, I felt love and knowledge. As I got closer to this bright light I noticed the silhouettes of people with there backs toward me. As I got closer these two silhouettes, they turned to face me. I knew that they were my great uncle and aunt. I drifted past them as I approached this source of light witch grew brighter. I also felt like I knew the universe. I had an understanding of everything. Someone approached me from this light. A holy light, a source of all knowledge, love and so much more. A voice said " What have you done with the life I given you"? "Go back now and live you life. Merry and raise children." As I started to retreat from this person ( GOD, A CREATOR.) I very quickly fell backwards down into my body, which hurt so bad.

All the feelings came back. I gasped for air and took a very deep breath and opened my eyes. I was back in the bed. I remembered everything that happened to me. I thought about what had happened to me for days after it happened. Finely I went to talk to my Priest about what happened. Told him the whole story. He didn't know what to say, tried to explain what it could have been, but had no answer. As time went on I realized at times I would experience small psychic events. I would visualize in my mind that something was going to happen and seconds later it would happen. (someone will walk in a room and say something, and it would happen seconds later.) this slowly faded after a few weeks. From my experience NDE my life has changed, I had a different outlook on things and people.

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?    As I approached this light.

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal every day consciousness and alertness?    More consciousness and alertness than normal

Did your vision differ in any way from your normal, everyday vision (in any aspect, such as clarity, field of vision, colors, brightness, depth perception degree of solidness/transparency of objects, etc.)?  Yes     more clarity, wide field of view.

Did your hearing differ in any way from your normal, everyday hearing (in any aspect, such as clarity, ability to recognize source of sound, pitch, loudness, etc.)?            No      

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Love , understanding, forgiveness, no fear of death.

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?          Uncertain      The light was a way to go in a very dark place.

Did you see a light?           Yes     A light of comfort and love.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     the Creator (GOD)

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?    Yes     This was a life changing experience!

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          Yes     At a birthday party for my 92 yr old Aunt. She brought some old pictures of old relatives. The one picture I saw were the two people I saw in my NDE as I approached the light and that turned to face me were the same people in saw in this picture. They had died I believe before I was born, or when I was very young (age 1 or 2).

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?           No           

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No      

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?     Yes            Universal order...an understanding of life.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? Uncertain     

Did you become aware of future events?       Yes
            Psychic experience, visualized a happening just before it would happen.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?     Yes     Psychic, which later faded.

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     I found it very hard to talk to others about what happened.

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?    No      

How did you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:            Experience was definitely real    To this day the event is vivid and clear. This event was a " gift" to me for some reason.

Were there one or several parts of the experience especially meaningful or significant to you?    Life after death. One creator or (GOD)

How do you currently view the reality of your experience:            Experience was definitely real   

Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?           Yes     Better understanding of people.

Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?            Yes     Life does exist after death. There is one CREATOR.
