EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
I was making a sailing yacht transfer between two cities in my country, and
suddenly I was caught in rough sea followed by a strong thunder storm. I was so
scared for my life. In one moment 4 meter high wave hit the ship and tossed me
across the ship. I remember that I hit my head and than nothing, only the
darkness. After a second I started to look at myself from the air. I could see
myself lying down with unconscious and in a quite unnatural position with my
head on the deck and my legs in air something like letter L. Strangely, I did
not feel any danger, even though I could hear thunder and see big waves hit the
ship. The only thing I could feel was peace and satisfaction, pleasantness. I
was happy, first moment of happiness after a couple of years. I felt divine. I
felt like I'm the nature itself. It felt like I'm floating in air for hours and
hours, and then suddenly I heard a voice of the woman I love (even though she
left me two months before that I still love her) telling me to be strong, to
make it through. That voice told me to get up, open my eyes and to live; because
it is not my time yet to leave this life. So I did. I opened my eyes and got up,
with some kind of strength inside my body I never felt. I felt that I could swim
and tow the ship back to the port. After few hours storm stopped and sea calmed
down. Now after few days I feel so disturbed about that event. I'm happy to be
alive, but I feel so sorry that I lost that sense of clarity and happiness, that
feeling of peace.
