Amanda S Near Death Experience 789

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A feeling of not being able to breath.  Two angelic like figures began doing figure 8's above my body.  I knew they were there to take my soul.  they worked hard until I felt myself above my body and I was able to breath again.  I felt safe and peaceful.  I tried to tell all the doctors that I was OK now but nobody could hear me.  My husband was moving up beside me and moments after her started holding my hand then the white light and all the beauty surrounding me was gone like a light switch and I woke up in the ICU a few weeks later. My twins had to be revived also.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     Yes

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes, somewhat hard for others to comprehend

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          Yes

Pulmonary embolism shut down my lungs and heart.  Even when shock was used I would code again because of the clot still in the heart.  They had organ donation team there and the chaplain as well as my husband all in the room when I went out of my body

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           none other than the out of body

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   sort of.  It was to real to me at the time.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes

I could see myself on the table and people running around franticly.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           no

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?          No

Did you see a light?           Yes

white almost silver-ish light was all around the angelic like figures.  Once I was above myself, I too was in this light.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes, just the two angelic figures

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?    No

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?           Yes

It seemed rather brief and I felt angry when I went back in my body because I felt so wonderful in the light.  No more worries just peace.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       I know that once my husband went up and held my hand the light went off.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes

I do not fear death.  I believe I was at the "waiting room" in the spirit world.  I believe we live on.  I believe we have spirit guides that are there to greet us when we cross over.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       I know that I was given back because my purpose here on earth was not fulfilled yet.  I meditate regularly. I study metaphysics and my path the help humanity has strengthened tremendously.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         Yes

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes

yes, people are amazed and have lots of questions.  Some feel comforted by it.  Some are not sure what they think about life after death.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  love, calmness.  Almost invincible feeling.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      best was getting a glimpse at heaven and coming back with a renewed sense of life.  The chance to make things right.  I am not sure what the worst was other than the angry feelings I had when I was put back into my physical body after being in such a wonderful place.
