INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN A STUDY ON NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCES AND THE ELECTROMAGNETIC AFTER-EFFECTS
Dear Potential Participant:
Warm greetings! I would
like to invite you to participate in a study conducted by Principal Researcher,
Cheryl Fracasso, M.S., a Doctoral candidate at Saybrook University as part of
the fulfillments of the requirement for my doctoral degree. This study is being
supervised by my chair, Harris Friedman. The study has been approved by the
Institutional Review Board at Saybrook University in San Francisco, California,
USA. The study is an exploratory study on the electromagnetic after-effects
associated with near-death experiences (NDEs) and I am very pleased about your
potential participation. The study will begin on October 1, 2011 and will
continue through around
September 1, 2012.

The study consists of a Consent Form, along with four questionnaires, which will take about one hour to complete. Likewise, I plan to publish the results of this study in a scholarly journal once it's completed, and would be happy to share a copy of the results with you, per your request. There will be no compensation for participating in this study.
