EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Worked a regular work day. Met and had dinner with Parents at a restaurant. Traveling home down same usual path on the road home to husband and child. Familiar surroundings. Do not remember approaching crash intersection. Last memory prior to crash.

Have no memory of crash at all. No sound, not even a glimpse. Not even a siren or "flashing police car light". Talked to emergency personnel/ hospital, family upon arrival.

Even told paramedics emergency contact to call. Recited phone number...Recall NOTHING. Felt NO PAIN- even though horrendously wounded.

First recollection (after 2 surgeries and weeks) was being told that I "had a terrible accident"...and of my many injuries...

I know that I "was somewhere else" and that wherever I was- "there was no pain" and that "wherever I was" - that it was "gong to be, all right" - even if I died and "wasn't coming back"...

I did not feel that "I needed to return" or that I was "going to miss out on something"...

I have a DEEP understanding that it "wasn't my time" and that I was "shown mercy" and that I was someone who didn't "believe in God"- and that "where I was- was going to be "ok"- but that would have "been it."- that if I NOW "believe in God, and his teachings (through Jesus Christ) I will have better than "ok"- that I will have eternal life (my soul/energy) will continue after this physical life...

I was a person who was a "control freak", who took everything "for granted", who saw the "worst in everyone"--- now, just the opposite...

At the time of your experience was there an associated life-threatening event?   Yes  Horrific Car crash- Air-lifted from scene- In and out of consciousness- traumatic brain injury- numerous broken bones (fractured sternum, pelvis, ribs, facial bones( surgery), arm (plate installed) damaged/bleeding/internal organs (surgeries)- astounding recovery (back at work within a month)...

Was the experience difficult to express in words?  No    

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?    Not "during"- the realization "after/why of the experience"...what it all means...

I am going to answer all of the following questions to "during the experience" as in "the whole experience" meaning even after regaining consciousness...

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness?      More consciousness and alertness than normal   Perception is ABSOLUTELY different and altered. Even colors- the grass is ACTUALLY a different shade of green- the sky is a different shade of blue...

Speech  and communication is absolutely "LITERAL"...  I used to insinuate my speech- I now "say EXACTLY what I mean...

Please compare your vision during the experience to your everyday vision that you had immediately prior to the time of the experience.   Vision is crystal clear- in fact, more "enhanced". I see "beyond" actual objects. I see everything- in "the big picture. I see past, current and future of matter (objects, people)... Color- actually has noise.

Please compare your hearing during the experience to your everyday hearing that you had immediately prior to the time of the experience.   Sound, hearing is enhanced. Color- actually has noise. I can hear multiple conversations (even out of reach) going on at one time- very distracting.

Almost like "trying to watch 10 movies" at one time...

Did you see or hear any earthly events that were occurring during a time that your consciousness / awareness was apart from your physical / earthly body?   No  

What emotions did you feel during the experience?   Calmness, no pain.  

Did you pass into or through a tunnel?   No  

Did you see an unearthly light?   No  

Did you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice?   No

Did you encounter or become aware of any beings who previously lived on earth who are described by name in religions (for example: Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, etc.)?   No  

Did you encounter or become aware of any deceased (or alive) beings?   No  

Did you become aware of past events in your life during your experience?   Uncertain   Since regaining consciousness- I have been aware of past events I wasn't aware of previously (PTSD)

Did you seem to enter some other, unearthly world?   No

Did time seem to speed up or slow down?   Everything seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or lost all meaning
no sense of time.

Did you suddenly seem to understand everything?   Everything about the universe
after regaining consciousness

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?   No

Did you come to a border or point of no return?   No

Did scenes from the future come to you?  No 

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness suggesting that there either is (or is not) continued existence after earthly life (“life after death”)?   Yes   It is revealed.

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that God or a supreme being either does (or does not) exist?   Yes  

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that you either did (or did not) exist prior to this lifetime?   No  

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that a mystical universal connection or unity/oneness either does (or does not) exist?   Yes  

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding earthly life’s meaning or purpose?   Yes   We are on a journey. Good or bad, it is our "lessons to learn". Everything happens for a reason. They are all opportunities. And when they are over our time here will be done. It- wasn't my time...

During your experience, did you encounter any other specific information / awareness that you have not shared in other questions that is relevant to living our earthly lives?   Yes   We are sent to "learn specific lessons"

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge or purpose?   Yes   To be shown the meaning of life... To see what "change" can bring.

What occurred during your experience included:   Content that was entirely not consistent with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience   EVERYTHING... I had it- "so wrong".

How accurately do you remember the experience in comparison to other life events that occurred around the time of the experience?   I remember the experience more accurately than other life events that occurred around the time of the experience  

Discuss any changes that might have occurred in your life after your experience:   GRATITUDE, compassion, thoughtfulness, positive thinking...

My experience directly resulted in:   Large changes in my life

Have you ever shared this experience with others?   Yes  Since I regained consciousness. They react like I'm psychotic or nuts...

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?   Yes   normal knowledge.

What did you believe about the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:   Experience was definitely real   felt it in EVERY fiber of my being.

What do you believe about the reality of your experience at the current time:   Experience was definitely real   KNOW it to be TRUE.

Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?   Yes   I'm kinder.
