When I was a year and a half my sitter was giving me pieces of gun to quiet me from crying.  A piece of gun stuck in my throat and choked me.  My parents came in and lay me across their bed with a laundry basket at the side of the bed for me to throw up into.  I was laying across the bed about in the middle section with my head facing toward the wall with the bedroom door.  My crib was at the foot of the bed next to my fathers chest of drawers.  My mother's drawers were at the head of the bed on the right side running parallel with the bed.  Beside her chest of drawers was the bedroom window.  My mother was sitting to the right of me stroking my throat.  My father was standing next to the door blocking the way of the sitter. The laundry basket was a turquoise in color and the bed covering was white with a flower design.  I was watching this from above the bedroom window.  I always thought this was a dream until I told my mother about it when I was in my twenties.  She told me that this happened to me when I was a year and a half.  We had moved out of that house when I was around two years old and never recognized it.  That is why I thought it was a dream.

What do you believe about the reality of your experience at the current time:   Experience was definitely real   Since I was able to describe the details of the experience so vividly and my mother collaborated the events that took place, I believe that I did experience the event from outside my body
