Experience Description

I'm not sure if I'm prepared to share all my experiences. What I did experience was being back at my grandpa and grandma's farm. I was younger, more like a teenager. I also communicated with a couple of my uncles who have passed away already. I also remember seeing my grandma and grandpa, but not really talking to them. Everyone was younger. Again, I'm just starting to share my experience. My wife has been the only one who I've talked to about this and she doesn't even know all the details. I just seemed to be depressed lately and I hope this helps or someone can help me cope with this. I'm not sure what to do.

Any advice you could provide, I would appreciate.
