Experience Description

It was to be like any normal Sunday I guess, in that two things happened. My wife is a traveling nurse and was cancelled that morning. The other I got up to use the bathroom. While standing, I suddenly had this feeling come over me like nothing I had ever had. I seemed like I was knocked through myself and it was sweat and swaying. My wife was at the sink and I told her I felt weird. I turned to her and she knew that I was having a heart attack. She set me down.

As she did this, I started to float up. My mind was racing fast as I thought of my mom who passed away thirty years ago. I was looking for the Angel of Death. In a split second, I was thinking about the Learning Channel in which I had viewed a program saying people who lose oxygen sometimes see things. While this was going on, my wife went to get my brother-in-law. I just lay back with my eyes closed thinking I was talking to my wife when a lady handed me a washcloth to put on my face. She said, 'Here, this will make you feel better.' I thought to my wife, 'Wow, this is what you feel like when you have hot flashes.' When they came in to the room, I was talking and rubbing my hands over my face. She asked me whom I was talking to. I said, 'Her.' Then the pain shot through my jaw like a hot knife. I was air-flighted to St. Johns in Tulsa and on the way I was awakened by the paramedic flight crew as I was have problems once more. There was a lot of yelling, as it was noisy on the flight. I did wake up in the lab and thought Aliens had me but a guy named Steve assured me that he was human. I when out again.
